Undergraduate Electrical Engineer

Wil joined Unity in early 2026 and is an early‑career Electrical Engineer currently completing his Bachelor of Engineering, with graduation expected in late 2026.

He brings practical, hands‑on experience across heavy manufacturing - particularly steel refining- as well as the water and wastewater sectors. This grounding in real‑world industrial environments has shaped his understanding of electrical systems, operational constraints, and the importance of safe, reliable engineering outcomes.

Wil is motivated by technically challenging work and has a strong interest in electrical design for mining operations and data centres, where complex systems and large‑scale infrastructure create opportunities for meaningful engineering impact. He is committed to continually expanding his technical capability, with a focus on developing end‑to‑end design skills and building expertise in emerging technologies and modern engineering practices.
