Dennis Slade

Lead Electrical Engineer/Director

Dennis Slade, a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), registered on the National Engineering Register (NER) and as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and Victoria (RPVIC), founded Unity Power Engineers in 2018.

Dennis brings over 20 years of experience in Electrical Engineering design and consulting. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (B Eng), and his career spans a wide range of sectors including utilities, mining, and heavy industry. 

Dennis has extensive expertise in electrical design, procurement, cost estimation and budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and project management. He is adept at working with clients, sub-consultants, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. His technical strengths include primary and secondary high voltage systems and overhead line design.

As an accredited ASP3 designer, Dennis has successfully led and contributed to numerous NSW utility projects, consistently delivering results that meet both technical and commercial objectives.
