Andrew Pilarski

Lead Electrical Engineer/Director

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B Eng) with over 15 years of experience in the industrial, utility, and mining sectors, Andrew brings a wealth of technical knowledge and project expertise to every engagement.

Since 2015, Andrew has specialised as an electrical design and project engineer, with a strong focus on high and low voltage (HV/LV) system upgrades, protection studies, control system design, and the onsite management and commissioning of large-scale industrial projects.

​

Earlier in his career, Andrew worked extensively in the primary metals sector, particularly in aluminum production. In this role, he provided technical support to plant operations and major projects, developed maintenance strategies, conducted power system modelling and arc flash assessments, and managed contractors with a strong emphasis on electrical safety and compliance.

Andrew’s broad skill set and practical experience enable him to deliver tailored engineering solutions that meet the complex needs of clients across a range of industries.
