Brett McClelland

Brett joined Unity Power Engineers in 2019 as an Electrical Engineer, specialising in primary and secondary high voltage systems and overhead line design. His work supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable power infrastructure across a range of projects.

Prior to joining Unity, Brett gained valuable experience in the contestable design space, working on both overhead and underground projects for NSW utilities. His role involved navigating regulatory requirements and delivering compliant, cost-effective solutions for utility clients.

Brett also brings a strong background in the manufacturing sector, where he worked as a RAMS Engineer. In this role, he contributed to equipment upgrades and production improvements. His collaborative approach saw him working closely with suppliers, operators, and maintenance teams to develop practical, results-driven solutions.

 

Brett combines technical expertise with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
